The following men were lost while serving on USS O-9 (SS-70). One man was lost overboard in 1921, and one man was killed in an automobile accident in 1930.

Please note that Burton A. Davis, previously listed on this page, was
transferred off the boat on May 29, 1941, went on to serve on various
other vessels, and survived World War II.
